I am an Associate Professor in Acoustics and Building Services, and the Course Director for MSc Environmental and Architectural Acoustics. I am an expert in acoustic materials, environmental noise, building acoustics, noise and vibration control, ventilation and air conditioning, and biomedical acoustics.

I worked as a researcher in acoustics at the University of Hull. I have successfully completed several funded research projects both there and at Katholieke Universiteit Leuven.
