Prior to her current position, Krystyna was the Business Manager BSRIA Worldwide Market Intelligence department, leading the team of analysts researching and analysing local and global HVAC markets, providing strategic consultancy to technology developers and HVAC market players.

Krystyna has led consolidation of the market research framework for heat pump portfolio that has resulted in a creation of coherent, technically oriented data base and market knowledge on heat pumps, in the UK and globally.

Before joining BSRIA in 2008, she has worked as Regional Managing Director for Eastern Europe at Harlequin Enterprises (Torstar Corporation) and as Publishing Director at Gruner & Jahr Verlag (Bertelsmann Media).

Krystyna holds MA at Roman Philology from Jagiellonian University (Krakow/Poland).

She has completed a post graduate study on International Trade and Business at the Economy University in Vienna/Austria.
