Mechanical Building Services - An Introduction

Learn about mechanical building services and their practical application it in the built environment.

Overview

Mechanical building services account for around 30% of the capital and 50% of the operating cost for a typical office, and substantially more in highly serviced buildings such as hospitals. They play a central role in creating a successful project and a successful building and are certainly the first thing noticed when not working well.

This course will give all involved in the construction process a broad appreciation of mechanical building services and the role they play.

"A great course broken down into easily understandable bites" - Justine Allum, Facilities Manager, Kiserv
